Where has the Shabbychic Diva been?

Well it's been a while since I have blogged. It seems time has just flown by and I'm not sure where it all went. I have to say I've missed my blogging friends and visiting all their wonderful pages. I have also missed many wonderful Pink Saturday's and I hope to sometime soon join them again.

It was a busy summer. I spent a lot of time with my sweet tarts and enjoyed so many moments accept the horrible heat we had here in Texas. August 1st was a sad day when my ex's Mother passed away. She was my daughter's Grandma and that was very hard for her to loose someone so special in her life. The both of us traveled to California for the funeral and it gave her a chance to be with her Daddy. It was also nice because I got to spend a couple of days with my Mom who I miss so much, but I had to leave my little monkeys behind and that was difficult. I missed them so much and was happy to return.

Before I knew it school was almost here. Time to get my daughter ready for her first year of high school and my boys first year of Kindergarten. The boys now attend two days at a private school and the other three days I am homeschooling them so that keeps me really busy. It's a new challenge for me, but I'm enjoying it so much.

So long story short, I am back I believe and I am going to try to make some time to blog again because I enjoy it so much and I miss being able to share my stories with others. I have a lot of catching up to do with some of my favorite blog friends and I am so thankful for all who have kept in contact with me while I was MIA! See you all soon...xoxo
