My hair nightmare!! Anyone have a bag?

I have been going to my hairdresser for about 2 years now. She is fully aware of how we do my hair each and every time. I have never had any problems. I usually get it short in the back with layers in the front. I always leave it above my shoulders to put in a ponytail since I enjoy wearing them often. Then I enjoy the layers that hang down in the front. The other night she asked me and I told her I wanted the same. She suggested we layer it a little more in the back. I decribed a little like Rachels haircut in friends later in the show. We seemed to be on the same page. I told her what I wanted and she told me that was exactly what she would do. And even though the back will be a little different it would be nothing too drastic. WELL, she couldn't be more wrong. My hair is a horrible nightmare. It's really short in the back and longer in the front. The complete opposite then what I usually get. I CAN'T put it up in a ponytail. Any kind of style she put that night is no longer there. My hair has become totally unmanagable. I want to scream and cry. I want to go and cut off all of her hair for messing up mine while slapping her a few times. How could she think this would look good? She just got a promotion as art director that day. She should know better. I am so upset because I look so ugly! I feel ugly. And there is nothing I can do about it. I can't get my hair back. I don't have any options accept to let it grow but that feels like it could take forever. I don't even want to leave my house. I have never had this happen before and I have to tell you it's not fun. I'm just so upset by this hair nightmare. I want my hair back! NOW!
